Rental Process and Requirements
- All applicants over the age of 18 must complete an application, even if they are not a responsible party on the lease.
- We perform credit checks, background check rental verification if applicable and employment check.
- Evictions with property damage and any felony offense requires a written statement. Depending on the severity of the offense, court documentation may be required.
- Your family household income will need to be 3 times the monthly rent to qualify.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking allowed.

- Section 8 accepted, although it is a longer process to be approved.
- Deposit amount is equal to 1 month rent.
- Rental amount is determined by the local rental market.
- All rentals are for 1 year time frame.
